Ha ha! I should have made him eat them, but he was sweet enough to cook me dinner, so I soldiered on and cleaned my plate. Those Oreo cookies were delicious!

Hey Celia I don't like peas much either and damn you had a lot of them to get through.... Did you try being on purposely clumsy with the knife and fork knocking the peas off your plate to the floor then claiming it was an accident that's what I would do.

LOL! That's a good idea Pabzi. I'll have to remember that for next time. And make him sweep up the mess.

Hi TaeYeon and SooYoung. Ariel_lover doesn't cook fancy meals, but he did make me a very nice dinner. I have never tried seaweed squares, they sound very "exotic". Ice cream is really yummy, especially with chocolate fudge topping. But I don't have ice cream with every meal. A girl needs to watch her figure.

Hi scooter,

Thanks for dropping in again for a visit to our thread. It was -24C here this morning, so that "corner" is still pretty icy and slippery.

But we have been very lucky here in Nova Scotia so far this winter. Very little snow and mild temperatures in December and January. Shubenacadie Sam did not see his shadow on Groundhog Day, so maybe we'll have an early spring and you and Daria can get some new reno projects on the go.

Valentine's Day ... belated.

Celia and I were apart yesterday, so we are celebrating Valentine's a day late. Today just happens to be a holiday in most of Canada (Family Day in many provinces, Heritage Day here in Nova Scotia), so we will be able to spend the day together.
