New and looking for info

Hello,
Im new to the forum and am looking for some info.

I have an SMDoll doll already and went to purchase a 2nd doll (a WMDoll) from a different seller recently (Anniesdollhouse). I did research and their site has been in place for some time, and isn't on any of the lists as being a scam that I can find (though it isn't on the list of vendors here I notice). But I did see a post on here from back in July that references them, so they seem to be a legit seller.

However, since making the purchase a couple of days ago, I cannot get in touch with them. Their toll-free phone number doesn't answer and I have received no updates or response to my questions as of yet. Has anyone done business with that vendor lately? Just wondering if I should be concerned or not.
