Hey there -

The Piper 100 cm ECO model is available basically "as is". We do have a customized Piper 100 cm Iris product, which is available for customization; but in general breast cup is not an attribute that can be customized.

Also - please keep in mind that any 100 cm model, with a small breast cup, would very likely not be legally allowed for import into Canada and other jurisdictions as well. For the smaller more compact dolls, depending on which country you live in, you will want to stay with large breasts, well developed hips and other features that resemble a mature adult.

I noticed that, too. "ECO" is not on D4E's website. The EVO skeleton is an upgrade option. I clicked on the link in this post and it mentions that it has the "economical" (ECO) skeleton, so I'm assuming it's the old lower priced skeleton on this one and the "ECO" and ECO logo on the pics may be particular to this vendor. Correct me if I'm wrong OP.

Yes - the "ECO" option, short for "Economical", is a lower-cost version of the Piper Doll 100 cm model where a few changes were made to make the doll more affordable.

It keeps all the main advantages of the Piper Doll, such as seamless integration with the head (not removable) and soft / silky premium TPE, and drives out some of the cost that makes it more conducive to a lower price point.

This product is, however, not customizable. They are, however, In-Stock and ready to ship from Toronto.
