Production Delays?

I ordered though SDG nearly 4 1/2 weeks ago and have not gotten factory pics yet. Is their a covid caused delay going on here?

I feel your pain. I'm going on to 3 weeks with no factory photos as of yet.
Let's hope this coming week we both receive our much awaited factory photos

The next delay will be having the doll shipped out of China due to COVID-19, a lot of planes have been grounded until further notice.

It looks as if worldwide shipping has taken an impact, I can understand how transporting people would take an impact, but not packages.

I did and we are both in the same situation. I reached out to both SDG and Jarliet for an update. Didn't hear the news I wanted, however Jarliet were super helpful and even offered if I wanted to collect a doll in a local warehouse rather than waiting due to UPS, FedEx and DHL flights grounded because of COVID-19 and Jarliet still hasn't received the order so they do not know which doll and options to create for me. Jarliet did advice that production is super quick, around 2-3 days in total then the shipping delay commences.

As SDG mentioned 3-6 weeks from order to delivery on their webpage, I doubt that caters to either of us as we should allow 2-3 weeks for shipping plus the factory is still waiting for our orders.

Many thanks for the suggestion. I have been in touch with Eartha (Owner of Jarliet), super helpful and friendly plus I provided an update further up in the thread

Next time I would order directly from the manufacturer however there won't be a next time as I am moving back home overseas in a couple of years and don't want to bring all these dolls with me. lol

oh sorry dear all,

we have already received orders from SDG and finished the orders, I guess you have recevied factory photos from SDG already,

now SDG turns to be normal,

now Jarliet factory already very normal.

Is there a way I can get shipping details on my order from you? My doll has been paid for in full and as I am sure you probably know I am very anxious to get her home. Today marks 6 weeks since ordering.
