I find the look behind the curtains and to see how someone is living and working often
even more inspiring (similar to reading a biography) than just enjoying his/her work.

each time a new Doll body type or head comes out my imagination runs wild and I’m like « wow, she could be that character in my comic or I could create this situation with her! ». It never stops!

Your welcome. But in the end I hope the finality (the Comic) is more important and interesting than me and the way I work. Quite frankly I’m not sure if it is a good idea to show behind the scene photos. Maybe it can take the magic out of the final result. But I understand what you mean and I take it as a compliment.

Hello,

No update on the story this time, sorry. Instead some detail pictures of Aniota's head. Aniota is the Leopard woman on Ingrid Von Rubber's side.

The head is made of TPE and uses the standard M16 bolt.

The head is of course compatible with the fang Teeth from the Teeth&Tongue set.

The eyes are custom made and the eyelids with eyelashes are movable.

And last but not least the leopard pattern is permanent. It resists to water, soap and bay oil. Only stain remover will make it fade out.

Sorry I’m no comic guy, buddy, but I really admire the look on your girls and WOW - the setup you have with organized heads, shoes, sofa for dressing and a very cool studio - really nice and quality work you have done there! I must visit you if I ever go down to Germany agan.

Is that head a custom made head from a manufacturer? It’s really unique.

That head must be custom, I've never seen anything like it. It's really impressive work.

The behind the scenes was really interesting too. I know how much work taking pictures of dolls can be, but you take it to another level!

Finally I found this new story, better late than never.
Great as the previous story, The Doll Laboratory, I'm just crazy about it.
And the best news, at least for me, is that there are soldiers in it.
What I also find very interesting is that you show us a look behind the scenes

The only downside to this story is that Svetlana is wearing the wrong uniform to represent an example from 1945.
Sorry but as a WW2 uniform collector I had to mention this.

But for the story itself I can hardly wait for the continuation of this story

Ah, ok! I thought something was wrong with them. Sorry, english isn't my native language. I would love to make bigger fangs but I'm afraid they wouldn't fit in the TPE head. Let's say Aniota is an hybrid. Half leopard and half woman.

Whaaat!? You are not a fan of Comics? I am extremely disappointed!

Jokes aside thank you for your kind comments about my work and my Photo Studio. Though, again, I wish I would have more space. In fact, I would love to have a whole house devoted to The Doll Laboratory. That would be a dream come true.

As far as visiting me, I'm afraid you won't find me in Germany because I am french and live in France. But I am very near the German border so yes, if one day there is a possibility, I would be happy to welcome you in my house and show you my small Studio.

The sculpt of the head was made by me. I have sent it to WMDolls and they made two for me for testing. A small batch should follow soon. For the moment it's an exclusive Doll Laboratory product. For the future, we will see.

Thank you. I try my best. I still have a lot of things to learn but the more I work with Daz3D, the better I know how to use it.

Ah! Ah! I knew one day someone would look into the details and find anachronisms and errors. But where in the comic is it claimed that this uniform was a 1945 model? She wears the same ceremonial military outfit in the 1967 picture. So maybe in her dream, she's just wearing the last red army uniform she's got? Or maybe Svetlana wears the only child size military uniform which I found on the internet and which fits her small 140cm body?

Here is a small comic I made in the "Behind the Scenes Series" featuring Amber Minashian the famous Doll Star. Though not directly related to the Doll Laboratory Stories I figured you would like it. And who knows, maybe Miss Minashian will cross the path of Svetlana and Molly one day?

I looove tight outfits and this one fit the Wm163H like a glove. Though it was a pain in the A.. to get it on! But the result was worth it.

Yes! Great to see her in uniform again. I think it was a year and half ago or maybe two now, but that photo you did of her on the bench made to look like an old photograph might be the very best picture ever posted on TDF. (And it doesn't even use the T&T set.)

Aniota's head is out of this world. I wasn't so fond of it when I first saw it but now that I see it takes the T&T 3.0 set I'm interested to see what you do with it - thus far I think its been restricted to vampires and she-demons. Seems like she should have a tail though. (Maybe it was cut off? A stump would be a nice addition.)
