She's got a slim body:
Breast--82cm
Waist--62cm
Hip---82cm

Actually reasonable proportions and breast size, I assume C-D cup?

What is her weight? Around 30 kgs? It seems to me that height is a big factor for final weight, maybe due to longer skeleton which weighs more than each pound of TPE does?

Yes, she is for those guys who want a regular sized doll. I think 82cm equals D
I will get presiced weight soon from the factory.
The final weight not only due to skeleton,but also from the TPE materials.
The 163 is not a fat doll, so her weight would be normal..
