Simple underwater effect with GIMP
i have created a picture of my doll laying on an air mattress inside a pool.
While the picture was already okay, i thought i still had to enhance something.
So i came up with the idea of letting her right foot look like being 'under water'.
I've then used an effect which could be found on "Filter->Distort->Waves" within GIMP on a selection of the layer.
So it looked like this:
This is just a little trick i recently found out and wanted to share.
