Re: Anastasia in natural lighting
After 4 days of being stuck indoors due to very windy conditions, I was able to take Anastasia out to the beach for a shoot. Found a nice lavender dress and topped it off with a raspberry beret. Ana hasn't worn her silver wig in quite awhile, it does give her a mature look.
It was still cold and breezy, but managable.

Re: Anastasia in natural lighting
Took Anastasia to Golden Gate Park for some photos. After selecting my best 10 photos for Instagram, I delete the other photos. Damn! I deleted 5 my 10 shots, accidentally. Ugh!!! The shoot was a bit difficult. A 15 minutes sun storm dampened the ground, so couldn't do photos on the lawn in front of the flowers. Then the winds really picked up. Also, need to do it in the late morning light, there were too many shadows.
So today, only 6 photos. I have one of Mischa with Anastasia's wigs lined up on the dining room table.

Anastasia is really thriving in the fresh air.
Thanks,

Re: Anastasia in natural lighting
Still not happy that I deleted half of my photos, the other day. So I returned to Golden Gate Park for a second try. Day turned out great. Warmer, sunny, less windy, less people and I preferred Anastasia in this yellow dress, for the shots in the tulip garden by the Dutch Wind Mill. The Wind Mill was constructed in 1903, restored in 1981

Absolute lovely pictures! Another beautiful dress
She looks so gorgeous and dreamy there in the flowers
On this matter, good that you lost some pics
Otherwise you maybe wouldn't come back
Great work Chris

Re: Anastasia in natural lighting
In the end, you are right. Having accidentally deleted those photos was my drive to return to Golden Gate Park the following day. Turned out to be a great shoot, but there were some locations within the park that were just not good for afternoon sun, so I returned yet again, Saturday morning, which was perfect until about noon. Clouds and wind came in.
Love your photo of Jazzimine with the car in the background, as you signiture photo. Really need to start to learn the other areas of digital photography.

Thank you, Chrisbrigittes hubbie wrote:Spring at last, she brought spring to us between all those flowers in this beautiful yellow dress. Good Comes out of bad a lot of times, great example to it.

Yes, it was a great day for photos at the windmills. Being stubborn, I still wasn't happy with the photos of Ana in front of the Conservatory of Flowers from 2 days earlier. It was 3 pm and the shadows didn't make for good photos. So for the third day,I was off to Golden Gate Park, but this time in the morning.
In this set, front of the Conservatory of Flowers, then at Stow Lake, all in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.

2nd of 3 sets of photos of our Saturday morning trip through San Francisco. This set is the meadow by Stow Lake and Lloyd Lake with the adjacent waterfall. All in Golden Gate Park.
