I am placing an RD order with customer options but ran into some confusion on eye liner type. The website has options for light, medium and heavy but all photos on product page showed only "as seen on photo/standard", so I have no idea what those 3 options really look like.
If any member has pix from your own collection (or knows the link to an existing photo), that shows an example of light/medium/heavy eye liner options, please share the information.

It seems like the makeup is important for your selection.
What you could do is provide a photo of a makeup look you want applied to your doll. Normally, this would require an upcharge of 450 dollars IIRC.
However, if you can contact the sales department, it may be possible for them to match it using their stock makeup options if you explain that you are providing the picture as a guideline as you the customer are having difficulty navigating the options offered.
Side note, if the makeup photo has cat eyeliners or anything intensive, it will likely require the upcharge. If it is fairly normal however, again, you may be able to explain that you just don't know how to pick the options.
