RD2 RD Petite and BT3 compatible SILICONE inserts?

RD inserts are one of the most realistic looking out there. They look amazing.

However, they seem to have only one type, and the type they have are too aggressively ribbed inside for some people

Has anyone had any luck with any other aftermarket / other company SILICONE inserts that work well on a RD petite / RD2 or BT dolls? Are there ones that are less aggressively ribbed inside or even smooth?

I read on another post that it not a good idea to use TPE inserts in a silicone doll (although, after heated, they seem to retain heat longer after heating), so looking for recommendations for Silicone inserts
