Vaginal repair

My doll's vagina is wearing out quickly, and I feel like I need to do some reconstructive surgery. Can anyone tell me the best method for this repair? She has an insert.

She is TPE WM 156cm.

If the Vagina area that holds the insert is splitting (wearing out) you can't do much about it. Heat melting back together is tricky, dangerous and generally not successful in the long run. Melting it back together with a chemical won't work either. I'm afraid you will have to live with it and eventually buy a new doll when it wears out to the point of not being functional any longer. This is the plight and reality of TPE and lower end dolls. Not to say it doesn't happen to the more expensive silicone ones some times but they can be rebuilt and even recored if necessary.

If I dissolve TPE into Xylene, can I make a paste to reconstruct the affected area?

That is an interesting thought but unfortunately I don't see it working. Even if you could actually create a paste getting it to 'stick' and more accurately bond together with the area will not happen. You may even wind up melting the area and making it worse.

It is not a unique problem, more common than most want to believe and that is talked about and more common in certain dolls than others.

You need to post a photograph for a definitive answer.

if its to hard to repair and losing its visual appearence ,then try on a matching skin tone pantyhoes or stretchy shorts with a slit in between and then insert an realistic virgina ona hole of your choice. (if only its beyond repair).I've done this style,it worked well. hope this helps.

I have a pair of 140 clones that one took a while to get the dreaded split between the Veejay and anni. The other happened virtually at first use.
I used a soldering iron with and aluminum bulb attached to the tip.
I very carefully reconstruct the Labia with the legs slightly more spread by adding more TPE from a donor doll.
I would not recommend this sort of repair attempt for someone’s first try. It can get real ugly real quick! As well as being hazardous with fumes and potential of hot TPE splatter.
And even with my skills I always don’t feel completely in control doing this procedure.
Additionally, these are dolls I’ve only got roughly $350 invested in each, so modifying them isn’t to stressful.

There are several people here who know better than I do about this kind of thing. One thing for sure. A picture will help everyone trying to help you.

Without seeing the damage it's hard to know the best way to correct it. It depends on the damage whether you use heat or glue or donor material. It can be fixed, maybe not aesthetically perfect, but pretty good. At least from what I have seen.

Okay, these pics are maybe not the greatest. As you may be able to see, I've already done some repair to the right labia by gluing in some TPE from a sample with TPE glue. I'm mostly concerned about the left side wear. She is definitely loosening with each interaction, so I want to go in and reinforce the inner walls before it becomes worse. I'd like to do some aesthetic sculpting, but first and foremost, I want to make sure she lasts. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

First i would ask how you clean the area?
Would also ask what cleanser you use?
How often are you oiling the area?
How old is your doll?

Probably need to glue insert into the doll then affect the outer repair.
Do not be cheap, get the proper tpe glue solvent.

Oh...that's not good.
This is actually the same situation my doll had been into.

If i were you, i would not be stingy about using Vaseline there from now on.
Actually this can prevent it from getting worse.
