Sure. Cut a piece of cardboard the shape of the bottom of her foot massage the foot with baby oil let dry and powder. Put a thin piece of foam between the cardboard and the bottom of her foot. Then apply a tight fitting sheer stalking over the whole thing. Wait a few days. Massage the top of her foot while in the stalking. This will help or eliviate the problem all together

That does look a little strange. Not a huge fan of how... wibbly TPE toes seem to be, but I don't think it feasible to put a bunch of wires in the toes like you would for the fingers. To me it almost looks like the TPE for the end of her foot has rolled up and over, causing all the toes to point up instead of out. But I'm still a newbie. I'd try what Samara advised.

Yea this was one thing i hated when i received my tpe dolls. The feet always came out like she was crippled.
