Well Folks, Jenny Here... Abe picked these up from Ron Wolek @ Wolek's Famous Moustache Parlour.... Time to get Gorgeous!

Installation was relatively easy, using his own custom mixture of Clear TPE & Xylene that he let mature a wee bit so it cures quickly.

OK, Preparation... CLEAN your lady's face (and those drawn on eyebrows) with mineral oil or baby oil and alternate with a mixture of 40% vinegar and 60% water. A simple cotton make-up pad does the job in short order. Once clean, DO NOT APPLY POWDER. You will need the surface oil and powder free in order to have the glue do it's job.

Trim the eyebrow with a pair of scissors until it is the desired length and width. Position and TEST FIT the trimmed eyebrow. If you are satisfied with the shape, then continue... if not, trim a little more, refit etc, etc.

Tack with TPE glue on the OUTER edge 1st and work your way towards the centre along the bottom, using the glue sparingly and hold until the lace backing is adhered before applying another drop. Work slowly so the eyebrow remains un-distorted and straight. When completed and not yet set, gently run a light bead of glue across the top edge of the eyebrow with a toothpick. This will ensure the top edge of the backing lace will take an eyebrow pencil or eyeliner when doing make-up.

For the "Natural Look" gently BACK-BRUSH the eyebrow from the outside to centre, with a soft bristle tooth brush, then lightly re-brush outwards. This will "shake-loose" any excessive glue @ the hair roots and make them stand out like the REAL THING. Don't forget to Lightly Powder!

PSST - Aren't I Gorgeous now? You know I am... you want me... I know you do... Hey! Put that away! EEP!

Abe & I will be doing a complete make-over next, which includes Mannequin Fan's Eyelids and Von Rubber's Teeth & Tongue V2.0
Stay Tuned!

Hello Jenny,

Looks like you are well taken care of. I will follow this thread with great interest since I need to do similar mods to my Dolls.
Looks great so far! Were exactly did you get the eyebrows?

Nice indeed. My eyebrows have been on for about a year with no further maintenance. But I used superglue, drawback is they are hard. I really like your way better. If I ever need them redone, I now know a better way!

Thanks for the tip!

Wolek's Famous Moustache Parlour apparently no longer sells eyebrows.
None to be found on their web site.

Just because they are not listed, does not mean they are not available. Ron hand ties his Merkins & Eyebrows, and they are made to order in any colour.

As Promised, the next installment is coming. I decided, since Jenny's eyebrows turned out so spectacular, that I will be using Jennifer (WM160 style H-cup) for the next installment.

BTW, bit of a guessing game here as to which head this is... anyone wish to hazard a guess?

Make Over - Part 2

OK, Jenny's New Eyebrows turned out in a truly spectacular fashion...

So much so, that I have stepped up to take her place for a total make-over.
jennifer01.JPG

Step 1
As before, a total cleaning is in order. For me, Abe has fitted my head onto a display stand so I don't roll around laughing and giggling too badly because I'm so ticklish. Abe not only removed all my make-up, but also my eyelashes and my eyes.
jennifer02.JPG

Step 2
In the next step, Abe gave me new Eyebrows. He paid close attention to the natural brow line along the top of my eye socket. As with Jenny, Abe shaped and cut my new Eyebrows to fit, then used his special blend TPE glue to adhere them. He also gave them a good brushing.
jennifer03.JPG

Step 3
Well, uncharted territory now... Abe gave both my eye sockets a quick powdering and refitted my eyes. Armed with Mannequin Fan's Eyelids, Abe did a test fit, then applied new upper lashes to the eylids using flowable windshield and glass sealant from Permatex.

Abe really enjoys seeing me looking like one of the Marx Brother's -- whoever they are, but I do look funny just the same. Abe left MF's eyelids with my new lashes installed to fully cure overnight.
jennifer05.JPG

Step 4
Next up, abe installed my lower lashes then highlighted the inside corner of my eye sockets (called the lacrimal caruncle) with some bright pink artists acrylic that he applied with a small artists brush.
jennifer06.JPG
jennifer06.JPG (174.95 KiB) Viewed 5258 times
Step 5
MAKE-UP! - Since Abe likes the "Girl-Next-Door" look on Jenny, why mess with what works? So with only a little natural tones eyeshadow, that Abe blended with a make-up sponge dipped in some mineral oil, AND just a little bit of lip balm to complement the eyeshadow... I went from gorgeous to STUNNING in less time than it takes to but on a bra & panties.
jennifer07.JPG
jennifer07.JPG (216.76 KiB) Viewed 5258 times
Step 6
For this, Abe did a quick fitting of my hair to see the look and decided to finish things off twith just a hint of a baby powder mixed with some blush powder, then applied with a large make-up brush over my entire face to take some of the shine off.
jennifer08.JPG
jennifer08.JPG (218.03 KiB) Viewed 5258 times
Step 7
Final Phase -- Abe used an eyeliner pencil to fully outline my eyes and darken the inside corners slightly (because the hot pink paint was way TOO pink), then he put my head back on my body and fitted my hair. So, look at my face, not my boobs, ok?

Nope... same eyes. See what a difference that make-up can do to change a look completely? I am truly impressed with Mannequin Fan's Eyelids, as they make a subtle change to the eye sockets when fully retracted, as well as when they are lowered. I will follow with more on this later, with Jennifer showing different facial expressions along with Von Rubber's Tongue & Teeth set V2.0

The transformations are truly remarkable... so far, I am impressed.
