Well Folks, Jenny Here... Abe picked these up from Ron Wolek @ Wolek's Famous Moustache Parlour.... Time to get Gorgeous!
Installation was relatively easy, using his own custom mixture of Clear TPE & Xylene that he let mature a wee bit so it cures quickly.
OK, Preparation... CLEAN your lady's face (and those drawn on eyebrows) with mineral oil or baby oil and alternate with a mixture of 40% vinegar and 60% water. A simple cotton make-up pad does the job in short order. Once clean, DO NOT APPLY POWDER. You will need the surface oil and powder free in order to have the glue do it's job. Trim the eyebrow with a pair of scissors until it is the desired length and width. Position and TEST FIT the trimmed eyebrow. If you are satisfied with the shape, then continue... if not, trim a little more, refit etc, etc. Tack with TPE glue on the OUTER edge 1st and work your way towards the centre along the bottom, using the glue sparingly and hold until the lace backing is adhered before applying another drop. Work slowly so the eyebrow remains un-distorted and straight. When completed and not yet set, gently run a light bead of glue across the top edge of the eyebrow with a toothpick. This will ensure the top edge of the backing lace will take an eyebrow pencil or eyeliner when doing make-up. For the "Natural Look" gently BACK-BRUSH the eyebrow from the outside to centre, with a soft bristle tooth brush, then lightly re-brush outwards. This will "shake-loose" any excessive glue @ the hair roots and make them stand out like the REAL THING. Don't forget to Lightly Powder! PSST - Aren't I Gorgeous now? You know I am... you want me... I know you do... Hey! Put that away! EEP!
Abe & I will be doing a complete make-over next, which includes Mannequin Fan's Eyelids and Von Rubber's Teeth & Tongue V2.0
Stay Tuned!
