The pics were great, but do you have a written description of the process to go along with it? Most of it is easy to follow, but there are some items that make me wonder (like the apple scented dishwashing liquid) what they were used for in the process.

Pre Owned 1st Pc - $1700 with Visa debit card
The day I will finally be able to use either of them after the repairs are done - Priceless

Uch , a full description can be found at CoverDoll although it does take a bit of finding.
Give it time and I am sure someone will pop up with a link.

Uch. There are descriptions...You have to login on the picture gallery also at Coverdoll...

The dishwashing liquid is used on the forms to prevent sticking and also can be used to smooth drying silicone.

Incrediwagon and I agreed that the tutorial would make it onto the Forum, for Keithallen's Repair Manual.

And of course don't hesitate to PM questions or post them...

The pictures aren't showing up on coverdoll so it's hard to follow what you did for the repairs.

Coverdoll is a "sister" site. We have Kharn as an Ambassador.
Technically you are correct. However, I think Coverdoll is the exception.

Very good info.

Zazakell will have to do one on Sara, but not yet. He will try a first repair with RD repair kit as the split inside is only small. if that doesnt work, then he will have to recore.

Thanks guys.

Hey Campdaan,

Glad that the procedure turned out so well! She looks even better than before.

Incred, what can I say? Great job! Great depiction of the process! You are the man!

Thanks Camp. Didn't know there was an article to go along with the pics. Should be an excellent read. Might want to consider making it a sticky when it gets on the forum. :D
