I think a photo of the damage would be shown better if you could put up a photo the same as the one with the sock without the sock :)
Thanks

I will do some photo of entire leg. The doll is the one from "underground" source. You have link to my doll at the bottom of my every post. It should have "stainless steel skeleton" so maybe I should talk with the seller. But I don't remember any hole inside this area so rather no water should exists there. For me it looks like just dirt instead of rust.

It looks as though the flex tubing has broke. The good news is you can peel the leg skin down to get a better look at what you are dealing with.
Yeah there is quite a bit of grit inside on the skeletons. I doubt they wipe 'em down clean all that well when they are finished assembling/welding. Plus the oils/additives in TPE material can make a mess too inside there. Somewhat greasy. LOL
You have a Non standing doll?
It may look like this, the ankle and the foot. Mine has the flex tubing ankle. I don't attempt to put any weight on this :)

I believe your doll could be made by Racyme.

You could possibly JB weld some small rod in there and slip the top piece over it. and JB weld it all together somehow.????

Than you @RGC_0767. I have non standing doll. I was thinking about soldering. There are few techniques of soldering so it's always easier for me than welding. Than you for that useful photo.

Thank you for your suggestion about: https://racymedolls.com/. I see very cheap dolls there:

https://racymedolls.com/collections/all ... icone-doll.
$609.00, Height:5.18ft(158cm)

https://racymedolls.com/collections/all ... e-sex-doll
$749.00, Height:4.59ft(140cm)

Is this page legit? Is it on any "blacklist" ?

Racyme are cheaply built dolls, much in the style of Kingmansion and others which tend not to be of the greatest quality.

As for your issue, I wouldn't bother with soldering, nowhere near strong enough...I would personally try RGC's idea...JB Weld is strong stuff which will withstand forces and pressures far exceeding anything solder can.

J-B Weld is The Original Cold Weld two-part epoxy system that provides strong, lasting repairs to metal and multiple surfaces. Mixed at a ratio of 1:1, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled after curing. At room temperature, J-B Weld sets in 4-6 hours to a dark grey color. A full cure is reached in 15-24 hours. J-B Weld has a tensile strength of 3960 PSI and sets to a hard bond overnight. It can withstand temperatures up to 550ºF when fully cured.

There is no "Can't"
Then tell your seller to send you another doll that wont break :)

Most skeletal repairs need to be observed by cutting it open unfortunately. Just so you can actually see what is wrong.
Sometimes it not so hard and other times it's a bitch.
hands and ankles are not too bad for gaining access, but when getting into the midsection of doll it's nowhere near as easy.
Posts around here for spinal problems will attest to that.

If attempting on your own take your absolute sweet time. Plan ahead as best you can before making the cut.
Don't rush anything.

If your handy with things around the house, you can repair, but only do it if your seller cannot help you. wait for their recommendation/advice before doing anything.
