Making anal opening

Does anyone know whether it is possible to modify a TPE doll as to drill another anal opening? I own a thick ass doll, which I like very much, but unfortunately, as is often the case, the anal opening position is non-anatomical and thus not really reachable doggy-style. I wondered if anyone knew whether it is possible to simply drill another anal opening, this time in the right place --DIY style. I will be grateful for any suggestions.
