I guess that would be the best method/product to use...better than Super Glue.
Jeff can obtain it for you yes if Indigo has some in stock.
I just placed an order with him. Hopefully, this will fix it.

Well, the adhesive came today. I suppose you just put a bit with the brush on the back side of her where it's come loose and her head where it goes back, hold together a certain amount of time(10 seconds, 2 minutes?) and you're done...hope it comes out ok.

Whoopsie. Not at all that simple.
Read the info that came with the kit. You must do prep work with baby oil first to achieve results.

I read that and it was a bit confusing as it was under the heading of areas with "stressed TPE"...armpits, elbows, knees, etc. This is not a stressed area(ear) so, I'm not sure if I should add any baby oil or not-or, just brush on a bit on both the head and ear and press together.

I was under the impression the baby oil prep was required for all the cold weld repairs (but perhaps Indigo could chime in?)

The info that came with the adhesive that mention baby oil is under the title of, "Application with stressed TPE-&TPR materials". That's why I wasn't sure if in this case any baby oil at all would be needed. That ear is definitely not a stress point.

The ear is not a location with material stress.
BUT, if you have the ear bend as we can see it in the picture you made, then you have material stress exactly on the connection / line between ear and head.
Do not do the repair with the ear in that position.

How to do the (simple) repair:

- Place the ear in the correct position.
- Lift the ear a bit with a tweezers
- Apply the cold-welding adhesive beneath the ear (maybe you have to take a longer brush)
- Place the ear back in correct position
- 8 hours curing time

That's it.

Thank you, sir-should the adhesive be applied to both the ear and head. or just the ear itself?

To both sides...and this happens automatically if you lift the ear only a little bit, because the brush (with adhesive) will have contact to both sides
I understand that you want to do it absolutely correctly, please do not think so complicated.
Be cool 8) , that's an easy repair.

Well, got 'er done and it looks pretty good. I'm still giving it plenty of time to dry as Indigo recommended. Here's hoping I put enough on but didn't want to just slop it on so it would ooze out the sides. I think I did good.
