Jess has been with me for over a year now and it's only to be expected that she is showing her age. In particular her nips have become faded and flattened from the pressure of clothing, so I adapted an old technique from years ago that I used to make new nipples for latex dolls to give Jess a new pair of permanently-coloured TPE nips.

I made a master for the new nipple shape out of blu-tac built onto a metal washer for support, used this to make an impression mould out of plaster-of-paris then used the plaster mould to cast two new nipples using liquified TPE coloured with makeup powder. You can see the details, and the results, below.

I gave each nipple 3 days in the mould to give time for the solvent to evaporate then a further week resting before fixing them in place with TPE glue. After fixing I softened them with a vaseline rub and powdered her down to blend everything in.

This is great! My brand new YL 155cm Elf (Bella head) called Alvariel won't need it any time soon, but when the time comes, I'll probably use this method to give her slightly longer nipples with slightly puffier areolae in a shade of pink as close as possible to her current ones.

Thanks for all the encouraging comments. Quick update after almost 2 months in place there is no sign of squahing or flattening yet. If I need to replace them in future I'll be a bit more ambitious with the colouring but they look fine for now.

With the same solvent used to melt the TPE so it could be poured into the mould.

You could use the factory supplied TPE solvent but it works out very expensive so I use a liquid polystyrene solvent used by fine scale modellers.

Your molds look great. It's a simple technique with not much to go wrong but you may need to experiment some with color.
