Ok well I may have bitten off more than I can chew with this project but I'm going to give it a go. A fellow tdf member had a WM155DD (or is it L cup?) that had been stored for some time and had consequently suffered some significant damage. There are areas where the skeleton is exposed and the usual broken fingers (but only a couple!) and the tpe is very sticky (which I'm guessing could be a result of the prolonged hot spell we had in the UK?). Mold had got into the mouth channel and there are a few splits on the face. Her previous owner very generously delivered her to me as I think he shared my hope that she could be rescued. So here goes, I thought it might be interesting and maybe useful to share my experience and of course I may not be successful in my endeavours but she deserves a chance. It's going to be be several weeks work I'm sure as I will have to fit it in around other things but today I made a start on the head. I initially thought it wasn't salvageable due to the mold but after removing the tpe head from the plastic core I was able to cut away the inner Channel that had the mold which hasn't affected the external look of the head. I'm currently optimistic about the head as I've saved one before so it can be done. I will be adding pics of my progress as I go so today here are a few pics of the head and the inner plastic core...

I'll be watching with interest to see how you get on. Lets hope the poor girl can be mended.

Hi djcdoll, thanks, it's early days yet but I've cleaned the head after cutting out the channel and have just glued up the splits on the face. My plan is to glue the deeper splits then use heat to smooth over the surface. I had to remind myself that Keiko's head was a bit like this when I first got her (but not as bad) and now you would never know to look at her so I'm remaining optimistic!

Might as well do my skull mod while your de-faced. Only take ya an hour and will vastly improve a WM blow job ability.

Hi and thanks for the tip! Sadly this particular ladies days in the bedroom are behind her. I had to remove the oral channel completely due to mold and it's looking much the same downstairs too. I'm going to press on though as the head and body still seem salvageable for her to be a photo model if nothing else albeit she may look like she's had a mild stroke by the time I've finished, makeup can only cover so much!

Just a quick update, I tried some makeup on the head today and as per usual I overdid the blusher and the eye brows so will have to calm things down a bit with some baby oil but at least she looks a bit more like her former self!...

Hey Aurthur,

Great work sir.. (I especially like how you have some framed pics of your girls there in the back ground... very sweet!)

Never think you bite off more than you can chew... Remember there is ALWAYS someone in worse shape than you when it comes to that..

I am sure you have seen my Project I just can't seem to get started on... (Short of time and privacy)

This one is going to be a whopper for me.

Hi RainKing, yeah I think I caught sight of your gal that needs a little work! you are a brave chap indeed. Speaking of brave, I have to go into this gals lady parts and cut out the black mould, not my favourite thing so I've been putting it off, but I did it with the head and it seems to be ok still. Here's a couple of pics of the head after I tinkered with the makeup this evening...

Hi, yes that's on the list of things to do, it will be tricky but I will use the smallest nozzel and go slow!

Thanks, I thought her head would be a good place to start, to be honest I had initially thought it was beyond saving but today shes looking like she might just make it!
