help internal damage

I have a beautiful doll that has an internal tear in the vagina and the skeleton is poking through what can I do

Can it be seen from the outside at all or is it just something you can feel? Any way to get a photo of the damage?

it can be seen if the legs are spread apart and also felt I will take a pic when I have a chance

I think that would be difficult to fix properly, best thing to do is probably to get an insert and squeeze it in. Might make it too tight though.
