You'd probably butcher them trying. TPE or even silicone not real easy to cut in a clean manner.

what are you trying to do? reduce size?, thickness?

Man, this is so frustrating.

It is a production fault!

I bought a doll several weeks ago. But I saw the long nipples first, when I unboxed her completely. Because the foil pressed them down and I couldn´t see it.

My vendor won`t take it back, despite it`s a production fault.

On the promoted shop-pictures the nipples are 3 times shorter.

It`s a YlDoll.
Bought it from a wellknown vendor.
Everthing is fine, but the nipples are much bigger than on the advertised pics.
Looks very unnatural.

I`m negotiating with the vendor since 4 weeks, now, to give me a discount.
Very very slow process.
Makes me really angry.

They won`t take the doll back.
And now they want refund me 80 €.
I think this is not enough for such a very important bodypart.

Maybe I should ask paypal buyer protection.
What do you think?

A bit of a hassle going through PayPal. Seems like there should be a way to push them in a bit rather than cutting. Applying heat maybe..??? Perhaps someone more experienced in that area can chime in on this.

I like the nips you got better! But yes, I see the difference from the pics. Don't know how much luck you'll have with the vendor as they might not consider it a defect. Good luck anyway.

That was a silicone doll. J90's doll is TPE. He just wants the nips to stick out a little less. I was thinking maybe they could be heated and pushed in some way, but I'm not really sure how to go about it. The only other thing I can think of is maybe snipping off the tip then cutting the stem down and gluing the tip back on with some TPE solvent. Getting a clean cut would be the trick.

Your right, that was a silicone doll. Yeah, maybe nip the tip off, then trim the rest of the nipple down some, then re-glue the tip back on. But getting a "clean" cut will be tricky.

Lol, maybe point out the danger of getting ones eye poked out by those nipples would make them take the matter more seriously?

I think it is a quite easy thing to fix though, in case you don't get a replacer (doubt it). If you simply cut off the top to desired length, and the edges to make it as round as possible. Then heat up a spoon to carefully stroke the surface into a more smooth rounded shape. Done. You will likely have to recolor the nipple as well.

BE AWARE though that this needs to be done in a very well vented area, preferably outside, since the fumes from heated TPE is toxic. Also be very careful with how hot you make the spoon, since if it's too hot it will just melt it all. Do some experimenting first on the top of the dolls head or something to figure out a sweetspot. TPE is very sensitive to heat, so not much is needed. Then just be patient during the process.
