New Timeline Entry - Giorgi Wins the June Miniature Contest.

Giorgi never ceases to amaze me.
We were getting set up for a Fifth Element photo shoot and decided to enter one of the pictures.
Giorgi squeaked by winning by just one vote --> June19 Cat E Miniature Challenge "Bruce Springsteen" Winners
Her black hair has been photoshopped orange, but other than that, Giorgi is really standing on a ledge in front of a brick wall.

New Timeline Entry - Still Fascinated by Nipples.

Hi. It's time for a quick update.
Giorgi is a Vampirella Asia Edition. This means she has absolutely no hint of nipple.
This needed to be fixed and back on page 1 of this time line I posted --> I just spent three hours making nipples.
I used makeup mixed with flexible glue painted on paper and then punched with a hole punch.
They were good, but because of the paper backing they would lift up at the edges rather than hugging Giorgi's contour.

I needed a way to make them more flexible by getting rid of the paper backing.
Also while making them, I wanted them to dry on a curved surface similar in size to Giorgi's breasts.
Here is my latest effort.

I took Elmer's white glue and mixed it with brown eye shadow powder.
The consistency was like thick paint.

I painted the mixture on the end of a cherry tomato that was impaled on a toothpick for drying.
I made the areola larger that the final result so it could be timed to size.
I added a small pellet to form the actual nipple and covered it with the mixture. I used a bird seed pellet but any small grain would do.
The end of the tomato is about the size of Giorgi's breast and will allow the mixture to dry in a concave shape.
I allowed this to dry and then carefully removed them.

Here are the results.

I put each one on a piece of paper for temporary backing and cut it with a hole punch.
The hole punch makes a perfect sized nipple for dolls like Giorgi.

The finished product.
The nipples are flexible and have a nice curve.
They are naturally sticky and do not require any adhesive to attach them to Giorgi.

And finally, here is Giorgi modelling her new nipples.
I'm quite happy with the results.

Fantastic! I have been putting off creating nipples for my Asian "Youth" (how ironic is that?) From a Chinese movie of that name. I have your original instructions using paper, but I wasn't so good with making the nips. I will definitely try your latest technique. I am going to have to go shopping for the cherry ... cherry tomatoes, that is.

If you do end up making these nipples, I discovered one thing. They don't like to get wet.
In this fingerpainting timeline, Giorgi's nipples started to dissolve. I needed to make her a new pair.

I am a member of the Procrastinator's Club... jeesh. I did make the areolas and nipples for my Chinese "Youth" albeit with slightly different mechanics. I tried the grape tomatoes with a toothpick, but the poke produced too much liquid juice run-off, so the glue and mixture would not stick properly. So I skipped the toothpick until just before the mix had solidified, then I used the toothpick to lightly touch the middle of the mix to create the nipple. Not as good as you made, but my dolls tend to stay dressed most of the time, so the "ladies" do not show off much

I also didn't find the cream (Mr. Procrast again), so I used fine color pencil grain by using a metal file and grating some off into the white glue. I choose a golden color, but it came out more peach or off white (not an expert on color names), which was fine for my purposes. I have a couple of other females that I will eventually

get the proper mammary tips affixed. The other dolls are not the so-called Asian style (i.e., no areolas/nipples).
I am attaching the Youth (I named her Kaili) image -and a couple of others of the group I have so far.
A few I bought the bodies and heads separately, then searched Etsy, Ebay, GianToy, and Big Bad Toy Store for specific clothing. Natalie's Steampunk, Gretchen's white dress, Erin's gym wear, Nerys's white, flowing gown and staff, and other accessories like foot wear. Nerys is holding her skirt up to show off her spiffy footwear. ("No Nerys, I don't think you look too fat in that dress... just tighten it up a bit.").

Great nipples Metacog. She's a complete woman now.
Even Aryna below is wearing a nice pair, but you have to zoom way in to see them.

New Timeline Entry - Aryna Squeaks into Third Place

After Giorgi won the September Mini Challenge I needed to come up with the next challenge.
I decided to go with "Me and my Mini", where we would pose along with our dolls.

Aryna took over this month so Giorgi could have a little break.
Aryna is my curvy barbie. She has limited posing ability with only 5 points of articulation, ( neck, shoulders,hips)
However she is super cute and loves to cuddle.

Aryna was heading for fourth place when something amazing happened.
Just hours before the challenge closed, someone entered their votes.
One vote was for Journey and Dees Luver's in their wonderful winning photo.
One vote was for a doll not in the top three.
And one final vote was for Aryna propelling her to a tie for third place with the lovely Corinnain

Little Daria transforms back to Big Daria.

A shrinking Daria photo-shoot has been on my to-do list for over a year.
My initial plan was to shoot WM100 Daria and Photoshop her into various scenes so she looks Barbie sized.

The first thing I noticed was of the 6 pages of dolls, well over 60% were sold out.
Phicen dolls must be very popular and/or be produce in small numbers.

This Is the post that helped me fall down the miniature doll rabbit hole. Yes phicen.com was sold out of almost everything so I did a search and found a few online vendors that had 1/6 scale Arhain in stock. Now I have to figure out which body she has and buy it and buy her head so I can have a nude version

If you are just after a naked phiscen body male or female you may have trouble getting them out of China at the moment. However go to giant toys website in Hong Kong they have them in stock and will deliver in less than 10 days.

The vendor I bought Arhain City of Horrors from has full selection of bodies and it is only 1 day ups ground service away. LoneRanger let me know her body style. Now all that is left is to get a friend to order her head off amazon or open an account myself.

These little dolls are quite infectious. Once you see one, you want to get one for yourself.

She is sleeping peacefully after spending the night squeezed between Daria and myself.
It's a shame to wake her, but I want to do a photoshoot.

New Timeline Entry - Giorgi Wins the November Challenge - “Have a drink on me”.

This picture was a lucky accident. The picture was not working put so I added a mirror to give it some interest.
I then noticed that Giorgi's breasts were also being reflected off the surface of the wine.
The two reflections combined to make a really interesting picture.
