She keeps pumping iron like that and by the time she is done building the bike, she will be able to carry it herself!!

Re: Lisa's workshop
Since we're now at a point where we can say "half way through", Lisa wanted me to post a small review of what happened until now.
Karla's Scooter had an issue and Lisa was ready to take on it.
The repair itself was a breeze, but it took Karla and Klara some time until they called in.
It was a warm welcome for them and they certainly feel comfortable at Lisa's place.
It turned out that Karla and Klara showed some interest in Lisa's current project.
Lisa's progress amazed the girls, and so they decided to stay for a while.
It looks like there is still a lot of work.
But now with the 3 girls working together, this should speed up everything.
Or maybe not...who knows

Re: Lisa's workshop
It seems the ladies sport a fast learning curve...
And don't forget that this is Lisa's full-time job

But it's a completely different thing than the already assembled 1/6 'scale' bikes.
However, if i wanted 'real' mobility than i would opt for a RC bike but then there are no 1/6 scale RC bikes, only 1/8

Thanks Mondoon, really appreciate your nice words.Mondoon wrote:Great story HD, I like Lisa's workshop it's really interesting and they get some good vehicles to repair. That bike looks quite complex, I'm sure Lisa can fix it though. Nice posing too, I love the one of Lisa sleeping.
Well, Karla felt asleep sitting at the table, after she had a glass of wine. But 1-2 hours later she was feisty again
Yes, the bike is more complex than it would have been necessary.
But it is really much fun to put it together. And the best is that it is true scale!

Yes, that's trueEverhard wrote:Making model motorcycles can be a challenge (I have recent experience of that) but these three girls should help it along.
That is actually an 1/67 scale RC carEverhard wrote:That model car on the shelf must be really small!
Only problem: the remote control is way too big for the girls...

Re: Lisa's workshop
But here's what happened at Lisa's workshop since my last update.
Lisa has assembled and installed the rear wheel.
Meanwhile Klara and Karla celebrated Lisa's winter garden...
Of course they tried to help her as much as they could.
Now the three ladies were feeling tired, but also a bit proud.
They realized that there's still some work though.
Then they came up with an idea to cheer them selfs up a bit
To be continued...

Re: Lisa's workshop
For some reasons, the girls are now leaving Lisa's place.
Of course, they will take the way back at their Scooter.
This wasn't very unexpected to Lisa. However, goodbyes are always sad.
So be it.
