Trouble ordering on Phicen

I was trying to order something on Phicen's website and after adding an iteme to the shopping cart it was blank
then I tired to fill in the info and it kept telling me that I need to type in the right pone number.
Has snyone else had this problem before?

I had the same problem with their website last night. I thought it was a mistake with the area code at first but I'm pretty sure it's an error on their end. You're not alone with this problem.

I emailed them about the problem but haven't heard back
It's weird I put in my street address but not the state and area code but doesn't ask me about that just a correct phone #.

Hi, it´s easiest to send all the information in a mail to sales@phicen.com, Jenny always answers within a few days, most of the time on the next day. Once they have the necessary info you don´t have to use the site at all anymore (it´s pretty slow building up etc) and can do it by mail.
I have 40 Phicen dolls and bought almost all directly at Phicen and not through a vendor and it´s always been fun to do.

I heard back from Phicen and the item I wanted is out of stock and will no longer be made.
Right now I'm seeing what's available that I like and will decide on one soon.

It´s good news you reached them even though it´s sad the doll of your choice isn´t available anymore. You´ll find another cute one, well, I always seem to do. :haha4:

I´m counting on that. It´s not difficult to get clothes for Phicens, I don´t know a vendor in the US, just two in Europe, but you´ll find one or find stuff on ebay. If you want me to name a few manufacturers of clothes that fit Phicen dolls nice just let me know.
I just ordered stuff for the dolls I ordered.
