Don't have a road background (yet?) and I am not good at manipulating images.
I tried to show that the wheel of the sidecar is lifted giving Sabrina a "concerned " face.
For the girls trip we have to choose a nice road in the mountains somewhere
Thanks for the explanation GG.
Now i see it with different eyes

2 months since the last post
Now I have a new background and a new girl, lets see how that harmonizes.
The girl wants to be called Lady in Red, as I helped her dressing I almost immediately rememberd Chris De Burgh:

Thanks for stopping by CG.
I had invested in 2 more of the cheapo (15 - 20 €) printed fabric backdrops which you get deliverd folded
and was thinking some time about how to get the fold lines flattened and how to store them. They are 1.6 by 2 meters in size, a little small for the big girls but excellent for E&I and the minis.
As you can see in the former post, I found a solution, that backdrop has no foldlines.
I went to a home inmprovement market and was looking for PVC pipes for waste water plumbing. I found 39mm (1 1/2") in 2 meters length (3 € per piece). So I cut off the thicker end, put some double-sided tape on it and bonded the top of the backdrop to the tube. Flattened out any fold lines at this stage already (that is the tricky part if you are alone)
Then I wrapped the backdrop on the tube taking care that the fabric is flattened out at the fold lines.
Stored it somewhere flat (under the bed, on top of your wardrobe) et voilà, the fold lines are gone.

- Setup with installed blind

As you can see in the setup shot, I have mounted an inside blind above my balcony door/window, the backdrop tube can be easily clamped to that blind which eases hight adjustment. The studio "floor" is my dining table which is just a little less in length than the backdrop in width.
Hope this helps

Great pictures GG, love that scooter and the Lady in Red.
That backdrop is superb. Much better without the creases.
It's a shame they're a bit small for the full size girls but I'll have a look at them for Katie.
Best wishes from me and my girls to you and your girls.

I’m not sure how I missed the latest shoot with your new lady in red GG! Great shots of a beautiful little lady and great ideas too! I’ve wasted money on cheap backdrops that came so creased they stood out more than the background (which wasn’t good in the first place!)!
Cheers, Hollows.

Thank you Mondoon. Yes, I was surprised myself how the creases just faded.
So don't forget to buy some pvc tube along with the backdrop

All in all the work done has at least led to nice comments from the forum folks

I knew you would like her, even if she is not redheaded...

I know why you missed this, 3 main reasons: Ashaki, Vivette and Rosheen (not to forget about some 1/6es)
Thanks for stopping by, maybe you try the PVC tube method on your backdrop, it is not a big investment but the double sided tape is essential.
