At 72 cms in height with that physique and appearance, I can not see an age distinction issue there at all.

No clue how to define young or not. Considering dolls are shipped without wigs on, separated. They don't have their clothes on.
In the pics it looks rather normal. If you are worried about customs, I'm assuming they would see it from 100cm-150cm? perhaps.. no clue. You may need to state country and ask for other opinions if they had issues and vendor who deals with said country.

If they(customs} are basing their "opinion" on the bald headed headless doll... no idea.

She reached me just fine! And if I had to guess her age I'd say mid-to late 30s or very well-cared-for early 40s.

I'm sure if you wait long enough there's a SJW out there somewhere who would find offense with this doll. But then, those SJWs hate all dolls regardless of size or appearance and want to control every aspect of our lives. The best part is, we find it humorous that they find it offensive... and that's why we are much happier people than they are!
