Weight reducing with foam inserts

Post by Arpageddon »

Hi All,

What do you think about reducing weight, using "foam like" materials for example styrofoam and polyethylene? Is this could be an option to make lighter dolls or not?

They already use foam to decrease the weight of silicone dolls.

Its just that tpe dolls can not yet find a way to use foam in tpe dolls.

Whoever can find a way to reduce the TPE doll weights by 25% or more will dominate the market. I love the super busty girls and would have already bought another 3-4dolls if the weights were more manageable.

I agree, someone will find a way to reduce the weight of TPE and control the market. Hell, I may even buy another doll myself :)

Hi, Arpageddon,

I just found an nearly 10 years old picture file on my PC. Foam materials are already used in Realdolls Classic since a lot of years. To reduce the weight the application of these foam materials at further places of the skeleton is required. But this will be difficult and will create less weight reduction.
