Weight reducing with foam inserts
What do you think about reducing weight, using "foam like" materials for example styrofoam and polyethylene? Is this could be an option to make lighter dolls or not?

Re: Weight reducing with foam inserts
I just found an nearly 10 years old picture file on my PC. Foam materials are already used in Realdolls Classic since a lot of years. To reduce the weight the application of these foam materials at further places of the skeleton is required. But this will be difficult and will create less weight reduction.
