P.s. I just have to say again; for the life of me I do not understand these doll head manufacturers; has none of them even actually tried to insert something in their mouth?
Since the instance I touch her lips with my head, I'm shocked as hell and turn off...but apparently the manufactures think this is quite all right; nothing to improve over here...
Y'know, I wonder the same thing on both fronts.
I wonder if anyone could talk ManneguinFan into doing a 3d printer skull?
Keep your eyes peeled for the work on the next head (very soon) cause the mod is gonna get even easier!

Well shit.
I sent back TDF members head and it just didn't pass muster.
Evidently the tpe to the fiberglass skull glue bond failed and the fiberglass resin'd inner mouth hinge failed.
Concept is still viable, execution needs improvement.
Does anyone know what type of glue is used for the face to skull bond and where I can get it?
Back to the drawing board (sigh)

I used Gorilla glue between the nails and the TPE and it is quite strong. Could not say between the skull/TPE though ...

Starting working on another head today.
I was right that the cuts can be made without bisecting the skull like the last skull.
A dremel with a router bit gets the front and a good deal of the side cut, then a combination of a one sided hacksaw and a naked hacksaw blade gets it finished.
With this skull, the head-bolt receptacle has been changed being farther in and necessitating a notch in the lower mouth portion, but I actually think this could add the sensation of passing through the "uvula" and down the throat.
Testing will confirm or not.
So, this work took about a half an hour.
Next step, re-attach the lower mouth portion so it's wider and properly angled to allow for a not overly tight fit (which has plagued the WM design forever). Unlike the last head, I'll be finding a method of re-attachment that won't come loose :-/

Keeping in mind I have no experience in this, it occurred to me maybe a thick strip of rubber--something similar to a strip of automobile tire-- would provide flexibility, tend to keep the original form until pressure is applied, and probably take to holding with glue better than metal. Heck, it could even be riveted on, if needed.

Why do you not try to just put the TPE shell back when you have done the cut out.
Is the bulging eyes still there or has it disappear.
I just want to get ride of this.

The mouth tube needs some kind of support so that's why the lower section needs to be re-attached. Not sure if this remedies the bulging eyes but that's a secondary hope. First mod didn't hold together long enough for adequate testing :-(
Hopefully this next one will be more testable.

I can not see how the part you put back will support will support the mouth.
I thought the reason you doing this is to get ride of the bulging eyes.
Just curious what happens.

The tube part of the mouth interior, (where you put your cock in) not the outer "mouth", lips is the part that needs support. Otherwise it would just go floppin around inside the skull and in short order would become compromised, ie-torn.

With the interior aperture allowed to expand with an insertion, it is hoped the bulging eye syndrome will be eliminated, but as I said that's secondary to the mod attempt. The primary hope is that by enlarging the interior and allowing for expansion upon insertion, the mouth interior won't be overly tight and the user will experience something more like real oral sex

Well I had hoped the last skull I had modified would have had some feedback for us by now, but it appears as if that members not going to share his impression the work I did for him (for free).
The first head was a total failure so I didn't expect feedback from that member, but I'm pretty sure the 2nd one was a success. Unfortunately we'll never know.
That said, I'm certain the mod works, but I'd like another head to work on in exchange for public feedback. The work and shipping back? Free.
PM me if your'e interested.
