To be honest, no, it won't work on all heads. The Teeth&Tongue set was originally designed around the #36 head of WMDoll. But even with this head, I had to remove the TPE teeth which are present on the original design.

However, the T&T set will probably work on all the heads with closed mouth. I mean heads with no apparent teeth.

I personally managed to use the Teeth&tongue set on ALL the heads in my collection I wanted to see equipped with that system. In some cases I had to remove quite a lot of TPE material inside the mouth though. I personally don't use the oral function at all, so I don't care. But if you use the head for this, I don't recommend cutting inside to make room for a T&T set as it would probably weaken this area.

I received them Wednesday, a 10 day turnaround - pretty good these days!
I tried the open teeth set in Suzanne (a Kimber Doll 125 cm), but didn't like the look. Her throat veers to the left, so the teeth didn't sit right, so I need to make some adjustments.
Next, I tried just tongues Here's how 3 look:
