Re: MannequinFan Has Done it Again!!
Thanks for doing what you do MF, you have helped improve the life quality of our dolls on so many accounts already, it's really no surprise that your products and upgrades are in such high demand!
Making your products available through Jeff @ BCD sounds like a wonderful idea to me. At any rate, you should do whatever works best for you, personal life must indeed come first!
All the best,
ZD

Yes Jeff is a great guy and I'm grateful to be able to work with him.
FP I do have an ultra dark (almost black) iris color as well as brown.
For the foot screw covers, I may try some of this plastic instead of the pink.
I think it may work with the skin colors a little better.

Have you considered selling the caps on Shapeways, and/or making the files available for people who have 3D printers of their own?MannequinFan wrote: I'll try to keep as many things available as possible, but there may be times when nothing is available. I may look at posting .stl files for the screw covers at some point.
I think using Shapeways would make things too expensive.

Re: MannequinFan Has Done it Again!!
There's been a lot going on and I have a lot of big news to share!
Today I am excited to announce that starting this month all of my doll accessories including the Foot Screw Covers will be available through BCD (Booty Call Dolls) here...
viewtopic.php?f=267&t=100373
This is basically a repository of all the accessory items I've been working on over the last few years all in one place.
Instead of having a waiting list, these items will be pre-made. Of course I won't be able to have things available all the time, so you'll just need to check back occasionally, or better yet subscribe to the thread so you are notified when something is added. The sale panel images for each item will update to show when something is available for purchase.
I want to give a HUGE thanks to Jeff at BCD for taking his valuable time in making this happen. He is a great guy to work with, so if any of you are looking for an excellent vendor for your next doll purchase, please give him some love!
Some product news...
I now have a better plastic color for the foot screw covers!
These are shown with the WM "medium" and "tan" TPE colors...

I'm also very interested in the design files. I have a 3D printer myself and it would save me the hassle of trying to design and fit my own version. Are you planning to share the design in the near future?MannequinFan wrote:Hey SQ,strange quark wrote:Have you considered selling the caps on Shapeways, and/or making the files available for people who have 3D printers of their own?MannequinFan wrote: I'll try to keep as many things available as possible, but there may be times when nothing is available. where can I order these for my dolls ?MannequinFan wrote:Holy socks Batman!
Thanks very much Coffee for your kind words and for bringing this problem to light.
Coffee sent me the design - I just tweaked it a bit to optimize for 3d printing with ABS.
I'm very glad to see it's helping and that Sanae is pleased with them!
One note - It appears that some dolls use M6 screws and others use larger M8 screws in the feet.
I'm not sure if it's just different factories or determined by different doll sizes/weights, so you'll need to verify the screw size used in your doll.
The M6 screw heads are around 10mm diam. or slightly less, and the M8 is around 14mm or slightly less.

Re: MannequinFan Has Done it Again!!
I have these available now from Sculpteo which is a 3d printing company similar to Shapeways.AddictedToSexDolls wrote:where can I order these for my dolls ?

These are SLS printed in a white nylon material that can be dyed to a nice skin color with synthetic fabric dye (Rit Dyemore).
The nylon material is very tough and durable.

Hi Matthew, welcome to TDF!matthewb9533usn wrote:May I get a price on these shipped to rhode island?
The ABS screw covers are $14.95 shipped to U.S. That includes 7 covers and prep tool.
I have a new TPU version available from Sculpteo for around $30 shipped to U.S. for 12 covers.
These are a flexible rubber like material that go on the screws very easily. If you want to try these, contact me at mf.creations.shop@gmail.com.

The screws need to be button head for the caps to work properly.Fantastic Plastic wrote:These look like something I might like to get when I install hardwood flooring in my bedroom.

If your doll's foot screws are M6 you could replace the socket head screws with button heads.
