Glad to have helped out my friend. Not a bad idea for the zipper instead of the inflation port. I don't think it would be possible to order this modification though, I don't see how the builder would be able to modify the doll's construction method to accommodate the mounting or inclusion of an zipper. With the language barrier ... I don't recommend attempting this.

Unfortunately the construction method (of my doll ... there MAY have been a change in construction method/silicone material used since I ordered mine) does not have a completely smooth surface due to bunching/bundling of the excess inner mesh material at points of constriction, like the hands and feet areas. Also due to the shaping of the body and layering of silicone, the areas where there are curves meeting flatter shapes there are thicker layers to prevent ballooning of the body during inflation. So these areas have a little ridge like feeling when passing your hand over them.

This may be a good idea although I have no idea IF any owners would be willing to let theirs go, especially after taking almost a year or more to acquire one (for some buyers).

Hi Inflatablefun!

Sorry to say but I was unsuccessful at putting together an animated GIF showing inflation of my BBW. Tried a few different methods to capture the inflation, but without a "helper" ... I cannot do this as a "solo" project. (inflation nozzle on the pumps (both manual and electric) kept falling/slipping out of inflation hole on the doll.)

Did some mods to my BBW doll. Replaced leaky inflation valve thingy with a circular "slab" of silicon and standard "plug".

Supplies needed:

Small (approx 4-5" diameter) plastic disc-like plate/saucer for casting silicone "slabs". Small nylon "plug" for the silicone "slab".
EDIT : Need tube of SilPoxy for attaching/gluing silicone "slab" to doll.
EDIT2 : 2 or 3 part silicone mix
EDIT3 : Hot glue gun

Hot glue one nylon "plug" face down to the plastic saucer/dish.

3 part (2 part mixes will work too) silicone mix. Measuring device/spoon. Disposable plastic (or waxed paper) cup and wooden stir stick to thoroughly mix the silicone.

Saucer/plug ready to receive silicone.

Measure proper ratios of silicone into mixing cup and stir thoroughly.

Pour into prepared saucers, level off and let cure overnight (at least 12 hours ... preferably 24)

Snap off nylon "plug" from saucer and remove silicone "slab" from saucer.

Remove old inflation valve device. Clean area where silicone "slab"/patch will be mounted with acetone. Let evaporate thoroughly. Spread SilPoxy adhesive on mounting area of doll's skin. Position silicone "slab"/disc in place and gently move around slightly to spread SilPoxy thoroughly and evenly between silicone "plug"/disc and doll's skin.

Here's where it will get a bit tricky. Cover the modded area with a sheet of wax paper. Then place a CLEAN folded towel/shop rag over the wax paper and put a few weight plates/bricks/iron flywheels on top to hold everything in place overnight. Take your time and make sure the skin and silicone "slab"/disc are aligned and pressed together securely with no wrinkles in the doll's skin.

Let cure overnight/12-24 hours.

Test inflate doll and check for any leaks.

Very very tiny pinhole leaks ... and I mean TINY!!! (Yeah ... I'm kind of a perfectionist when it comes to leaky air dolls ... cannot have a single leak ANYWHERE!)

Okay ... one more trick for this massive BBW! Adding a silicone insert ...

Supplies needed:
Corn starch/talc powder
Silicone insert from a silicone doll (I'm using a DS doll insert in this example)
Small powder puff (or blush brush)

Sprinkle a bit of powder into doll's vag pocket. Then powder up the insert before inserting into doll's vag pouch.

Pop the insert into the doll's vag pouch and gently "bounce" the doll around to slip the insert all the way inside.

All I can come up with - totally Awesome -

Great set of mods - was surprised to see that the installed valve failed so bad - looked like a good idea - "not" I now gather

As to the dolls caboose - well how's about the whole air babe is just freaking awesome -

Also wow about all the leaks - the vids from months back by her makers - made it seam she was invincible - maybe part of the Justice league -

I could almost see her in a Wonder Woman costume -

Well it would have been a great valve IF it had not had a slight tear in the cloth/mesh that was wrapped/glued around the valve thingy. If there was no tear, there would never have been leakage. The design is totally cool and would be awesome IF my doll had not had the tear.

These were tiny (and I mean tiny) leaks where there wasn't enough silicone brushed over/into the fabric/mesh used to form the body shape. My doll would have been leak free (probably) with just one more coat of silicone brushed on her skin. As far as "invincible" ... Yes, she is built as tough as the videos make her look. Granted she's not (literally) bulletproof, but figuratively she is pretty damn close.

I could almost see her in a Wonder Woman costume -

I'd have to go to Armbruster's (to those that don't know ... Armbruster's is a manufacturer of HUGE custom tents) to get enough material to make the costume. Would be worth it in the end though!

She's out right now with Dr Samara for inspection of her construction method. She MAY also get a top coat of Shore 10 ... MAY is the key word here ... we do not know if this will work or not at this time.

When she gets back home I'll get measurements for you!

I'm in contact with the seller- still trying to decide if I should risk ordering one. He's asking which doll I want. Is the bbw doll doll3? I didn't see where you specify standing or sitting version. Is that option on the doll3 page?
I imagine you'd need the open mouthed option for oral capability?
Other than the sitting version doesn't have vaginal opening- at least I think that's what I read here awhile back, what other differences does it have compared to the standing version?

I'm not completely clear/understanding what "doll3" is. When I ordered my two, they were the only "varieties" available at the time ... "sitting pose" and "standing pose". I "placed" my order through email contact ... asked what was offered, options available, etc. ... and then finalized my order after quite a few emails back and forth.

Regarding the "oral" mask option ... yes, you would need to specify that when ordering. TBH ... it is not very "functional" nor enjoyable ... but when I ordered my "sitting pose" doll, since she had no vagina, I figured it would be a possible "substitute" for lacking vagina. In the end I don't "use" her oral capabilities as I didn't enjoy.

Differences between "sitting" and "standing" doll : Aside from lack of vagina opening in "sitting" doll ... it seems that the construction method is the same for both dolls. I have more "fun" with the "standing" doll than the "sitting" doll, as she is more accommodating in many different positions than the "sitting" model. BUT ... the "sitting" doll is more fun for "doll on top" action.

Major "fun" point for the "standing" doll ... showertime fun!!! *Must have a LARGE shower facility available though to fit her size.*
