Update: At first I was happy with the results after stuffing my inflatable doll, but after a few days I didn't like the way she felt anymore. I missed the squishiness and nearly zero weight she had when filled with air. It was really the end of our relationship. I'm sure the fact that I had a silicone doll as my main doll was an important factor in my dissatisfaction: my stuffed air doll just couldn't compare. Now my silicone doll is my only lover. If I had to do it over again, I'd try to patch the air leak or get another doll.
