Post away...I am now intrigued by your experiments and merely will advise caution and provide resource repairs support as required..but my concern here....

So test extensively first with non vital appendages or test appliances first.

Has been fun seeing what is possible with the correct technique and what actually happens when someone like me hacks into something.
For the moment, the heating element has not had a thorough test and still unsure as to how the elastomer will (or not) react to the silicone based wraps around the separated joints.
Plus there is a lot of material to practice Hot knife welding on now until the new shipment gets to Australia at the end of the month
FYI, would not dream of doing this to any other doll

Currently warming up.
The internal heater is at highest setting 5
The electric blanket underneath is also at highest
Should smell something burning (BBQ) soon if the material can't take it

The internal temp got a bit close to 60C, now setting 4

Certainly being very thorough....while it's a bit of a horror story...it is also interesting to find your results etc....

The internal element took only a few minutes to get to 40C but it took 2 hours for the outside of the doll to reach body temperature

Measurements were taken every 30 minutes
The Internal temperature is that of the element wrapped skeleton
The External temperature is that of the small of the back

The vaginal cavity however only reached 27C
The anal cavity 25C
Will use an electric hot pad on the butt to lift the temperature rather than the supplied usb powered device
Have a preference for a warm mass against me over just a warm cavity

Not a total success but an improvement on a cold dead octopus

And it looks as though it will take a couple of hours to hot pad warm the butt, not surprising as the capacity of both heaters are the same.

Yeah, well 3 hours with 34 watts got the Kimber mini's internal temperature to 37C, finally. Externally the skin is 45C. Kinda nice during winter

Not as bad as I first thought but setting 5 will damage the elastomer, did not check the coil or tubing temperatures but they felt very hot to the touch when attempting to move the doll

Have managed to get a video from the inspection camera, needed to see if there is any mould build up or other damage from the silicone plug.

Still looks clean but only been there a short time.
The use of an aquarium aerator for a few hours after every douching seems to be a good investment

New Kimber mini

Heh, so that is what it should look like.
Very professional work there team Kimber

On the original mini, apart from the destruction of it
Keeping it in a horizontal position is ok, apart from using a quilt for covering (kinda weighty)
The eyelashes are susceptible to quilt weight damage, i.e. falling/rubbing off
The same can be said of the toenails, both big toe nails came off, also from the weigh of the quilt
The fingernails seem to be ok so far
Warming the head led to lippy color run onto the teeth
As mentioned in earlier posts, the skeleton is designed to fail long after the elastomer does, in spite of close to 100kg of stress
The heels showed signs of splitting from only a few forays into the shower in an equally few minutes of standing on the tiles

The new mini will get the lying down in the bath for washing and probably with an inflatable mattress under it
Winter heating will be about 3 hours, consisting of the electric blanket underneath (setting 4/9) and a hotpad over the mid-section (setting 4/5)

Will wait until summer to get into hot welding the elastomer (can ventilate the room better)

1. welcome to dolls...they are ALL like this...nails and eyelashes are a pain in the proverbial

Never a need to take a doll into the bathroom...especially one so small. Wipe down on your bed under a sheet/towel is fine.

As for feet...she is not a standing model....foot damage if you stand her is going to happen. As I put in my review, it is a good plate (on the FS anyway) with plenty of tpe...the plate should not easily poke through, but you will get surface damage. Nature of the beast by doing something she is not designed for.

A bit of a learning curve with these elastomer dolls.
Have not assembled the new mini yet, the Starbucks mermaid is still doing her thing

Had a drama with extracting a movie clip but that seems to have been resolved

Was a bit surprised at the number of "fluffy" bits in there but then again overall it's still a pretty good product for the price

Some further observations from the new Kimber mini.
Using a pair of large socks carefully placed on the feet of the doll prevents the bedding weight from damaging the toenails.
Until I can get my hands on a quick release head attachment, the head is not on the doll when things get enthusiastic as a precaution against the scary eyelash caterpillars being removed from the eyes and ending up in bed with me

Did notice that the small size of the doll make some parts of the skeleton more noticeable through the elastomer when lying on/over the doll.
Some care is required as too much pressure on the joints, positioning the doll, will damage the elastomer eventually
