Matching between sino155cm body and other manufacturers head

I got a sinodoll 155cm, so I tried to connect it with another manufacturer's head.
(Because to be honest, I didn't think the head quality was better than the body quality)

First, about the neck joint of sinodoll, it is a quick joint.
The diameter of the joint shaft is 14mm, and the depth of the locking groove is 1mm.

The shaft is slightly thicker than the inner diameter of the M16 nut, and the M16 nut cannot be passed through the shaft.
Also, because the shaft diameter is thick, the Dollhouse168Evo quick joint compatible head cannot be set without modification.
On the other hand, there is an M8 screw hole for the hanging bracket in the center of the shaft, which seems to be used for mounting a different joint head.

This time, I will try to install an Orient Industry head using the M8 screw holes.
Next, try matching with a traditional TPE head using M16 nuts.

First, Regarding the length of the neck, this simple joint method seems to be slightly longer (although it is within the allowable range).
If the length of the brass fitting is shortened by 10-20mm, the neck length can be adjusted with a spacer.

Next is skin color matching, which is problematic.
The skin color of Orient Industry is darker and slightly yellowish, while the skin color of sinodoll is whiter and lighter pink.
(The natural color of sinodoll is much lighter than that of other manufacturers.)
If you don't adjust the border between the two, it will look strange when viewed from a distance (the distance is close, for example if you can kiss it, it doesn't feel very strange).

This time, we used the brightest ocher powder foundation and pink orange cheek powder for color adjustment.
Using ocher powder, the color was blurred around the neck and chin, and the face was reddish with cheek powder.
By adding ocher in between, the unnaturalness was considerably reduced.

Finally, the balance between the size of the face and body, but the face is much larger than the body compared to the Western body.
The balance of face and body is the same as that of a Japanese woman who is relatively short (less than 150cm).
Especially “Iikura Minami” has a bigger head than other models, and even if she wears a wig that hides her face, her face still looks bigger.

Overall, the joint method is relatively easy, the color is within the range of adjustment, and the balance between the body and the face is within the acceptable range considering the Japanese woman and the original 155cm body shape.

Orient Industry's body is expensive and has the drawbacks that the breasts and body are stiff and the vagina part is severely shaped.
The sinodoll is relatively inexpensive, has a soft breast, has a smellless and bleed-free body, and does not look bad in durability. So I thought it was quite good as an alternative (in terms of quality).

When matching with traditional TPE dolls, the first question is what to do with the head joint.

The first method is to install an M8 to M16 conversion screw using the M8 suspension screw holes.
This method is easy to return to its original shape, but it has the disadvantage that it looks unnatural because the neck length is longer than a certain length.

Next, there is a method of putting the 14mm shaft on the body side into the hole of the M16 nut.
(The inner diameter of the M16 nut is a minimum of about 13.85mm)
In this case, there are three methods:
1. Tap the outer circumference of the 14mm shaft to M16 screw size.
2. Crush the M16 nut thread about 0.15mm.
3. Push the shaft into the nut hole with force.
Each method has its disadvantages, such as the need to tapping stainless steel or the possibility of breakage.

However, this time, because the joint on the head side is self-made, it can be replaced even if it is broken, and because the material is ordinary steel, it will be inserted with force for the time being.
(The sample head was a Dollhouse168Evo Natasha (white) modified to an M16 screw joint.)

First of all, about the length of the neck, I inserted about 1 cm with force, but I gave up more than that because it seems to be unable to come off.
I think it would be nice to insert 2cm or so after seeing the photo.
The appropriate length depends on the head, but we found that if we could not insert at least the base of the nut, there was a problem in terms of adjusting the neck length and fixing the neck.

Next, regarding color matching, the white color of DH168 has a slight yellowness and almost no redness (the forehead area is the original color).
Therefore, for color matching, we used teak in a wider range than usual makeup and adjusted the redness closer to the body.
In comparison with other dolls on hand, the pink white color of DH168 and the natural color of sino are very similar colors that do not require color matching (sino is yellowish to the extent of error).
Also, in comparison with WM, the WM natural color is clearly darker.

Finally, the balance between the size of the face and body, but I think it is not bad considering the height and shape of the body.
The Natasha head is the size of a normal TPE doll for tall stature, but because of the body shape, it looks somewhat anime-like, but the balance seems to be better than the head made by Orient Industry.

Overall, the combination with traditional TPE doll heads has no cost advantage and is not recommended for everyone, but it is good to be able to attach a familiar head to a nice body without smell and bleed.
The problem is that we seem to have a hard time making modifications.
For new products, I would like the manufacturer to be able to attach a M16 head to the outer circumference of a 14mm diameter shaft on the body side.
