This is a serious concern. I too would like to know. Has this problem been solved ?

From my understanding , the factory production team is researching what the exact issue is and where to remedy.

The dolls' vagina was molded from real girl,so then entry is not that wide and the lips are not very thick,we'll try to fix it in the near future.
For customers who has met this problem,we have already contacted them and offered valid solution.

Hi Sino,

Can you clarify for the community, if the issue is with the standard vagina, or with the ultra soft vagina option.
