Just a quick heads-up that we've recently launched a new Knowledge Base (KB) website and already have several dozen articles, which is integrated into our pink "Help" support widget that also engages in our live chats (with Canadian customer service & support).

For anyone who would like to write or suggest articles for this, we'd be more than happy to receive that feedback and add a free gift to any doll order. Please engage us in live chat or write to us by e-mail with your suggestion, give us your order number, using inquiries@sexdollcanada.com with subject line "KB Suggestion".

We don't have any mindless customer support reading from a script and hitting hot-key responses to FAQs. It is a real Doll Advisor who is also helping with incoming QC - all based in Canada. We are working hard to add more customer service reps as well, and always give priority to TDF members or those who are truly interested in learning more about dolls and contributing. For these opportunities, please write to us directly or better yet, give us a call!
