WM Doll Breasts

I'm thinking of getting a 166 or 170 WM Doll and I don't know the difference between the hollow and solid breasts. I would appreciate any experience or input that anyone has. Thank you in advance for the help.

I have the 166c (hollow) and a 157B (solid). Both are the newer softer TPE. The 166c has the most realistic breasts of the 7 total dolls I have. Very squishy and bouncy, really nice, hard to keep my hands off them. The 157B feels nice too, but are a more solid heft and squeeze more like implants than real breasts. If breast feel is a deal breaker, I'd go with the hollow 166c.
