AS Doll,
After a REALLY bad experience dealing with JY Doll (you both come from the same factory) I am considering purchasing either a 166 or 170 from you. I would like to know what your warranty is on manufacturing defects on your dolls?
- what happens if I do not get what I paid for? For instance I order a built in vagina and get an insert model. Or I order hollow breasts but get solid.
- Do you still offer shrugging shoulders on your dolls?
- Are you using the older gooseneck design?
- Are you using the same TPE formula as JY Doll?
- What is your quality control process like to make sure that a defective doll does not leave your factory?
- Can you expedite FedEx international shipping? If so, how much extra?
- Are you more interested in my money, or having me as a repeat customer?

Thank you in advance for your answers to these questions. Your answers will decide if I purchase an AS Doll as my next doll...

There are quite a few dolls on their site that I was considering, but given the bad posts lately...
So I'm hoping that they take these issues seriously and improve their QC and customer service accordingly.

don't expect a replacement my experience was awful. they sent me a random replacement doll with an insert strapped to the leg of a built in. i bought 2 dolls one JY and one AS both supposedly inserts. they arrived as built ins and were damaged.
For me personally i am very disappointed to see this manufacturer on TDF.
