For this height doll, it is not so bad with that height. Dolls can be standing. So it will be easier to handle. The reason why I post this link is to let customers know what a 170cm Irontechdoll will be looks like in real daily life.

She looks amazing! But I have to second Franz...I have a 90lb "big booty" doll at 5ft3 (160cm) and she is over 10lbs lighter than this one. She is a handful in more ways than one so I'm not sure I could carry this 170cm one... but I'd be wiling to try...for science.

Oh, I agree with you. The weight is not bad at all for the height and proportions. It's just that not everyone is physically able or healthy enough to deal with a doll that heavy. Unfortunately, I'm one of them. Otherwise, this is definitely one I'd consider.
