Black marks on wrists - Help!

Post by mvcuk1 »

I need some help removing the marks from the wrists. I have massaged the SSD stain remover on the black stains. I would like to know how long will it take for the stain remover to remove the black stains and am I applying the SSD stain remover correctly on the black marks?

Sorry the pictures are a bit blurry.

Don’t panic! With or without stain remover light marks like that will fade over a few days! I’ve had the same issue with my Vivette twice and she’s recovered well. The main thing is to work out how she got the stains in the first place and try to avoid it happening again!

Obviously it’s dark clothing that CAN cause the problem and they should be washed as much as you can before putting them on her. However, in my opinion it is the oils in the TPE that react with the dyes and make the dye ‘run’ into the TPE. If she has white body stockings on this will help prevent it and so will giving her a good powdering before you dress her (and will help getting the clothes on too!)!

If those stains don’t go after a few days come back and let us know! By the way, I’ve used a menthol based joint treatment (Deepheat) last time which worked as I’m running low on the proper stuff!

Cheers, Hollows.

Try some Benzoyl Peroxide "Acne Crème" it works wonders for me! That is a weird looking stain though. How did you get it?

Oh, and when purchasing the Acne Crème be sure it is Benzoyl Peroxide, there are some that contain Salicylic acid or Alpha hydroxy acids or Sulfur and I don't know how those would effect us! But I have used Bezoyl Peroxide many times with no ill effect. Simply rub it in and on a bad stain leave a layer on top leave it overnight and usually in the morning it is gone!

Hope this helps!

I rub baby oil on black marks and they lift up within minute or two (just another suggestion).

I'm going to agree with April on Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Cream. Becka got a really bad stain from some black clothing, and nothing would phase it. Benzoyl Peroxide made it lighter overnight, but it was still really bad. Two days later I could't find a trace of it. I used it several times since with great sucess.

Hey Meso; you are correct the baby oil does work well a lot of times. Thanks for the reminder! There really is a lot of ways to deal with stains. And if worse comes to worse they will fade away on there own with time!

Thanks for the quick response. The stains happened while I was trying to do a photo shoot with my doll holding a newspaper, which was on Tuesday 5th December. The ink got transferred from the newspaper to her fingers and wrist.

I am a little annoyed at myself as I have been looking after my doll very well since I purchased her in early November.

I'll leave the application of SSD Stain remover that I have used on until tomorrow to see if there are any changes. If that doesn't work then I will try the baby oil method or Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Cream method.

The Acne creame is a great tip! I’ll have to try that next time!

As someone already mentioned, rubbing some mineraloil (only if TPE) on it and pick up with a fibertowel or something will do the job. If that's a TPE-doll I'm sure you got some of that babyoil nearby, if not, GO OUT AND GET IT RIGHT NOW, if you care for your doll ;) It works great to remove makeup as well. DON'T let it soak on a stain though, because that can get the stain inside the material. Just rub and wipe.

Those original stain removers coming from the manufacturers tend to be nasty chemicals that perform much worse than mineraloil, I wouldn't recommend it. The only exception would be Indigo's kit, but that's for real bad cases.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, only use mineraloil if it's TPE. That stuff is apparently not as recommended for silicone. I just assumed it was TPE because SSD mostly sell those kind of dolls. Added a warning in first sentence!

First i like to thank Sexysexdoll for the whole transaction process. It was by far the best purchase experience with a vendor i ever made.
They have a really good relationship to the manufacturers, get fast in contact with them to solve problems directly or change something shortly.

I wouldn’t use olive oil on TPE as it really needs to be liquidum paraffinium which is a mineral oil not vegetable oil.
