Pros and Cons of the YL 165 Doll

If I understand correctly, WM and YL dolls are made by the same manufacturer, so maybe this is a question for both brands of dolls. I'm interested in photography and of course carnal pleasures with a doll, but I wanted to know what are the pros and cons of the YL 165 doll.

More specifically, I'm interested in how realistic is the doll in person rather than in the photos that you see on the vendor sites? How is the doll in positioning for posing? Are the joints real stiff and hard to move into real human-like poses?

And how durable is the doll over time? I have read where the fingers are a problem on many dolls, and I'm concerned that the fingers will snap within months of moving the doll, along with how durable those joints are. Obviously, care and common sense play into how well the doll will keep its new like appearance and feel.

Sorry if these are questions already raised somewhere else. I have read some reviews, but not anything from a long-term YL 165 owner.

I think the vag/anal placement on the YL165 is horrible unfortunately.

Everything else about the doll IMO is awesome!

Hello! Mine arrived November 13, 2017.
Things I still really love about the doll are:
Thick thighs, butt and calves, the best I've had, like a fairly athletic woman.
Believably large breasts.
Reasonably proportioned arms
Still stiff enough to stand on her own if balanced properly (not advised).
Well sculpted feet and toes, if a bit small.
Flexible enough joints to get into from any desired position.
Sufficient weight to simulate cowgirl.

Things I would change:
Her rib cage is disproportionately small (a weight saving measure, but looks off from behind and feels off when cuddling- I'd rather the extra 5 lbs of mass).
The mons pubis is essentially nonexistent (another place I'd prefer the added weight for the feel, aesthetics, and durability)

Overall, I still quite like the model, and if you choose to buy one may she bring you much joy. Best of luck with your choice!

Regarding the skeleton, it depends. I've got some Jinsan produced dolls (which is who makes WM & YL) that have very tight skeletons, one was too loose, and like Goldilocks

, some were just right. It's really hard to say what you might get - it all depends on manufacturing.

The fingers on TPE dolls have always been a question mark. If you are constantly moving them for posing, they'll eventually break. Just like any wire, it will only take a certain amount of abuse.

Regarding the looks of the YL 165, IMO, she's got one of the best all around bodies out there - I love mine truly. Yes, it's true that the vagina placement is a bit high, but I mostly use her for missionary, so it's no biggie for me. But, her overall sculpt just rocks! Perfect thickness in all areas - breasts just the right size for her frame; hips, butt, and waist all nice & full, and in proportion with the rest of her frame. Dare I say she's Kardashianesce . . .

Your review was one of the keys to what directed toward the YL 165. How is she today? Still satisfied?

I have found that to be true in real life sometimes too! So I'm not particularly annoyed by the vaginal placement. It just means some adjustments on how you "approach" things.

Yeah, the fingers kind of concern me for the long-term. I guess we can all hope they make improvements to this "problem" area.

I had posted on another thread about liking the look of porn model Katrina Moreno which I guess she also has a certain Kardashian look to her. We apparently have similar taste.
