New head design with realistic throat.

Propose new head design that supports realistic throat, so it is slightly downward.
This will make many positions much enjoyable. Eg 69. Currently it is impossible.

Even better if vendor can produce an addon handle bar that allow the heck to attach for single hand control. Right now, the head itself is not really useable without the doll body.
