6YE 150cm B-cup body

Post by hondo953 »

I have been checking around TDF and have read that the 6YE 150cm B-cup body skeleton does not have all the upgrades, like the shrugging shoulders. rotating wrist, and the 2nd gen neck among other things. I have read and heard that this is one of 6YE most popular and biggest selling body and I was wondering if it has been upgraded or is there a plan to upgrade it. Thanks for the info in advance.

Yeah, this is one of the most reasonable questions around here!
Not to upgrade the 150cm B/D fast as ever possible isn't really comprehensible in this highly competitive market!
Appreciate all efforts to make some really special & unique dolls and heads with lots of very realistic details & great improvements ...
But to forget this important segment, with some lighter dolls like the 150 or the much demanded 165C or another realistic shaped D-cup with far less weight than dolls beyond 90lbs is just careless..

For what 6ye is capable of, they’d be wasted if they don’t produce a 165 B-cup in my opinion. Their current 166A sculpt just doesn’t cut it.

Yeah I was pretty excited about all the new innovations that 6YE came with during the last year, however it seems that their only interest is in huge dolls now. The last 3 models from them are all huge ones most with skinny leg to shave on the weight (except the 164-D ... but at a whooping 101 pounds). Those should start showing up soon in the ForSale section, many new guys will order those goddess to finally realize that 101 pounds at the gym vs 101 pounds of squishy TPE handling while kneeling on a bed is 2 completely different thing.

All their smaller doll in 140-150 range are of older tech. I am still patiently waiting for them to create a shorter/lighter (in the 140-150 range) with all the latest tech and nice legs. I have a YL 148 right now, which is still in my book one of the best looking body as far as proportion goes. But she is starting to show age and would like a 6YE as my next one, but as funny as it sounds, nothing available in that size range with a classic shape. I am waiting ... who knows ...maybe soon.

I'm interested in purchasing this as my first doll. How important are these "upgrades" (rotating wrist, shoulders, etc)? Where can I find info on these upgrades? Only thing on their website is the 2nd gen head connector:
https://www.6yedollglobal.com/quick-hea ... d-gen.html
How is that different from/compare to 1st gen?
Thanks for taking the time to read my newbie questions! Any help is much appreciated!

The most important upgrade is definitely the wrist!
An only wired wrist with no rotation is far below standard now.
The new 6YE ball-joint wrist with forearm rotation is the best design on the market. Looks great and works even better
Easy rotation like no other doll, shifting the wrist left/right is absolutely outstanding unique
(ok, a wire can bend left/right too - but it's just only an awful wire)

The other upgrades are great as well, but no reason not to consider a purchase. Adds more to realism and looks pretty nice.
But the new hand design adds more function and realism
You can really put much more pressure on the palm plates now. Absolutely amazing and like no other doll

Utilizing this older topic.

Any news on 150cm B/D getting the latest development? (shoulders, ball joint wrists and new connector)

Can 6YE confirm if this body is on a update list at all?
