Her complexion is flawless. The individuals at 6YE Premium who were working with her did a wonderful job! The size and pinks of her areola and her intimate region are perfect! Even her finger nails and toe nails look lovely.

I wish there was a way in which I could express my gratitude and appreciation to those members from 6YE Premium who directly worked with her in making the finishing touches according to my specifications.

As you have come to know me better, you can see that I take customer service to heart. I also believe in saying thank you to people, especially the hard working individuals behind the scenes that everyone seems to forget about.

So if there is a way I can reach out to them in order to properly say Thanks, (perhaps you can forward it to them for me). Then I would very much like to send them a letter.

It's a green light brother. I've got nothing but good vibes from those two pictures. I couldn't be more happy as the journey continues.

You guys did all of this in one week!!! ONE week!!!! I am beyond impressed!!! I was expecting a much longer time frame. Truly awesome! Top notch work on everyone's part!!!

Jeff! Thank you for sharing this photograph from the factory!

I know you included this picture along with the second photo in the email you sent me. But I have been so busy that I didn't even know you had the opportunity to share my exciting news with TDF members.

I plan to properly introduce her to TDF soon enough.

I am happy to report that she arrived to her new home safely. I made certatin to follow your newlywed guide to the T.

We spent a total of ten hours together in our first two days - three sponge baths her first day, followed by oiling, and powdering. And on the second day she received another tender-loving sponge bath, followed by oiling, and powder.

I am awaitng the glue to arrive from Eddie. I'll then repair the two lacerations/tears to her right armpit region which she had right out of the box. Apart from those minor injuries, she is absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to dress her up.

Before we fix those booboos, we need to come up with a solid game plan and glue might only be apart of the solution if at any at all.

Alright Jeff!!

I heard that, loud and clear! No actions will be taken until we come up with a solid game plan.

In the meantime I will continue the extreme movement restrictions I have in place for her right arm. I will continue to apply THIN layers of mineral oil (baby oil) and Vaseline once daily, alternating between each product from one day to the next.

The glue which Eddie from 6YE Premium sent out arrived in my mailbox this past Saturday, August 11th.

I wanted to share a few images which I captured the day my 164D N7 from 6YE arrived.

She is my first and only. Her name is Odessa.

I fell in love with her the moment I layed my eyes upon her. If anyone read my encyclopedia TDF new member introduction post you might recall that I found her on two different websites. Both sites were selling her for $900 to $1000.

Thanks to outstanding TDF community I learned a very important lesson regarding lower priced dolls. Both those sites were not to be trusted which was reinforced by our very own Jeff from BCD.

I spent hours looking for her on the approved and certified manufacturing factory listing here on TDF. That's when I found her at 6YE Premium.

On July 13th Jeff and I completed the financial transaction of the adoption process. By July 22nd, Jeff had sent photos of her waiting at the factory in China. That's one of her pictures above.

We booked her flight that same day. She was initially set to arrive on Monday, July 30th. Little did I know that she was being carried by the winds of fate. She arrived two days earlier than expected, on Friday, July 27th!!!

Odessa traveled all the way from the other side of the planet, from Shenzhen to Guangzhou, China and finally to Florida, U.S.A.

From the day of payment to delivery it was a total of 14 days!!

Those are green eyes. I really like her dark brown eyes and I think she does too, hehe

Thankfully, only two areas of concern out of the box.

First, I found this injury (literally right out of the box) while I was giving her a sponge bath. It is located in the region of her right armpit.

In case you are wondering, no, I did not pull her up out of the box by her hands/wrists, or arms. Nor did I lift or move her by grabbing her under her arms.

This is the injury that was referenced earlier in this post and why Mr. Eddie from 6YE immediately sent out the TPE glue. Still waiting on the formulation of a game plan regarding how to best handle the injury. In the meantime, Odessa and I are being super/overly cautious with any movements to her right arm until she heals from her injury.

Second, I was slightly concerned with the dramatic angle of her neck out of the box. I think her body weight landed on her neck during her trip home. Perhaps the box was dropped or it was placed upside down?

As you can see from the photograph that Jeff shared from the factory, she did not have that dramatic forward angle in her neck.

I used a mechanical advantage, lever type system to slowly...and ever so carefully adjust her neck to a more natural position. Thankfully this was done successfully with no resistance or noises (creaking, popping, snapping, etc.)

I hope you have enjoyed the documentation through photos of the unboxing of a 6YE 164D N7 doll.

Hopefully this will help to assist other new "soon to be" doll owners by giving them a visual idea of what to expect to find when they unbox their very first doll.

6YE Premium did a wonderful job in keeping her snuggled and comfortable during her long trip around the world.

Now that the unboxing has been posted Odessa and I can get to work on officially introducing her to everyone at TDF

With pictures of course!

That post will be a couple more days in the making
