Help with fixing knee

I felt the same problems too. Now my doll's right knee fell off the thigh. Anyone knows know to fix it the best way?

My Climax doll has the right knee that fell off the thigh. I searched online trying to find CLM skeleton pictures and repair hints. Don't know it's something getting loose and/or falling off inside, or something like a thin metal part broken inside. I have seen a YouTube video showing knee joints with "broken" parts that may need ordering parts or welding.

I have not cut the skin to repair year. I owned a RealDoll before and tried to repair.
