I believe that you aren't in the USA, so you must be paying with a different currency and even when our price is $2199 your bank card and PayPal might apply another currency conversion that might change the price or your credit card might be charging you some international transaction fees most probably,

Many credit card companies charge a foreign exchange charge of 4/5%, so the $103 dollar difference is about right.
