I'm seeing an issue of proportion, where the head appears larger than expected for the body. Is it just me?

I have to agree. The Natalie head is one of the bigger ones. They should try a Crystal on a BT4.

It does kinda make the doll look as if it has a small amount of Dwarfism in it's genetics. The ridge along the right side of the neck looks out of place, although there is a set of tendons that run there in "real people", but that looks a bit too pronounced.

I'd bet it is trying to cover the market for folks that want a lighter doll, but still really prefer the RD2 faces. It's likely bigger than a niche as nearly everyone mentions or complains about the heavier Realdolls. 60 pounds and under seems to be a sweet spot for a lot of people in regards to weight.

actually most dolls seem to have a head that is too small for their body, this one actually seems the right size to me. And this doll is smoking hot. I would love to get one of these if I could right now.
