Showed that pic to a friend today. Her comment? "wow..it look like the perfect sexy alien female from a planet where they have genetically larger eyes because their sun is a dim one!"

Dim Sun?

yea. She's a scientist. So her first look was probably resulting in a theory as to why a being would have eyes that large. A planet with little or no sunlight would biologically result in beings with larger eyes.
