carly is one of the older deluxes (only 5 feet tall) she wears a size 10/12 top and size 4 pants and size 6-7 shoes but size 9 is easier to get on, all sizes are US sizes.

I recently got my babe (2019 deluxe), and I'm in the Netherlands, so sizes are European / Dutch.

I went shopping before she arrived, based on measurements I found online. Panties / knickers are size XS (60cm waist), and when I saw those in the store I was: "No way those will fit". Well, they do

As for tops, I bought size M as I was afraid the bust would not fit, but after receiving my TBD it appears she could easily wear an S (I also may have remembered the bust size wrong, or made an error in calculating bra sizes to bust sizes). I didn't shop for bras or trousers/pants, only went for sleep wear, so it's not a problem the tops are comfortable rather than tight.

For anyone researching clothing sizes for a new Teddy Babe, please keep in mind that the first generation deluxe Babes are made differently than the current generation Babes. Not only are the newer one's taller, but the waist and bust sizes are a little different as well.
So it's like comparing apples to oranges.
I'm not sure of the exact date that the change occurred, but I know that it was sometime in 2012. So make sure that any clothing recommendations that you consider are for Babes made after that time.
