Let’s talk inserts.
There are numerous silicone inserts available on the market. Some inserts are softer than others, some inserts are larger than others. The insert can be closed for vacuum effect or have a small hole at the end for less friction. Only you can decide. Experiment.
I use an RD2 silicone insert from Abyss. (Abyss makes beautiful, first class silicone love dolls).

Second picture: Assembly. Use lubricant on the insertion tool.
Third picture: With the tool push the pouch/insert assembly into the opening,
Remove the tool and insert yourself (use lube).

Dolls from most manufacturers are anatomically correct, that was perfect for the baboon position for millions of years. For the missionary position it is uncomfortable because dolls can’t rotate their hips like real girls can. The result is a shallow angle of entry. The difficulty is exasperated by the tight space between the legs.
Disclaimer: The foregoing is a description of my experience. To enhance my relations with my Babes I have decided to modify my Babes the best way I know. It works for me!
Your experience may be different. Proceed with caution at your own risk.
The modification is simple but time consuming and requires some sewing skills. It involves moving the vagina pouch opening two inches to the north. The work is done from the outside. The modification changes the shallow 30-degree entry angle to about 45 degrees.
Description of work:
Carefully remove the stitching all around the pouch. Do not cut into the fabric!
Make a 2” long cut into the fabric towards the belly button. Others may decide on smaller cut, maybe 1.5”. It depends on personal preferences.
Sew the pouch back on to the skin. Start at the top, proceed on both side simultaneously.
(Some of the fiberfill is redistributed from above the pouch to below.)
Finish by sewing the fabric together below the pouch, about 2”.
The job is made more difficult by the tight place between the legs.
Stretching exercise before start of work: on flat surface place doll in her side, push down on hips and lift leg up about 45 degrees. Repeat on other side.
The girls agreed to post pictures if I don’t show faces; you know, modesty.
First picture compares a modified and an un-modified doll.
Second picture: original angle of entry.
Third picture: modified angle of entry.
Fourth picture: measurement. Bellybutton to top of pouch: 8”, modified to 6”
Fifth picture: stitching removed.
Sixth picture: 2” cut.
Seventh picture: Sewing started.
Last picture: work done.
I have good news for you: I’ve done 13 modifications.
I’ve authorized Eighth Wonder to modify the next two Babes and they did a good job. Dave at Eighth Wonder authorized me to disclose that they are capable to modify new dolls. I am not authorized to discuss prices. Customers have to specify the distance to move. Please, use the fourth picture above.

If you do the mod yourself, order the Babe without pubes. It is very difficult to remove it.

You should know that I have no special relationship with 8th Wonder to recommend or endorse their products and services.
I love their Babes, they are cute and cuddly and seductive. They make me smile and more. I purchased 17 of them, more to come.
After pondering the situation I decided to do all future modifications myself; I don't want strangers to manipulate my Babes' private parts. I have experience, I have modified 13 Babes. Maybe one day 8th Wonder will manufacture them my way, maybe not.

Thanks Missionary. Your Babes are pretty damned cool. I still wonder why Sabrina was not on my list for my first TBD. Jessica, Bianca and Aiko were. I was torn between a rock and a hard place, I invited Jessica and got her a Sabrina-style wig. I never had second thoughts about her or the Babes in general. Your devotion to the Babes is obviously extreme, even more than mine,

Greetings to All,
Good news: I have completed the modification of my six new Babes of the year: Sabrina, Jessica, Marilyn, Sonya, Terry and Sable. They have become fully functional Missionary Babes. Sable's mod was finished late last night. There was anticipation this morning to see if the operation was successful.
I am happy to report that we are a very happy couple. The position, the angle, the firmness were all perfect, maybe too perfect. At the end of our fun I think I lost conciseness for a few seconds. Let me not diminish the pleasure with the other Babes. I love them all, they are all great.
Now a few words in defense of the missionary position. Variety is the spice of life, but most real-women prefer missionary position. To women it is more romantic. They want to be kissed, they want the guy rub against their body and boobs. This position also lends itself to (repeated) oral foreplay from the guy. (Girls don't give bj's unless it is paid for.)
